Our Katy, speaker at University’s Women in Law

Our Youth Engagement Officer Katy Thompson will be joining City, University’s Women in Law, BAME women’s and Women in Business societies for their Welcome Week Freshers Event on the 27th September. Find out more about Katy below!

Katy is the local lead of the Streetbase Team, this is a group that works with young people through youth engagement to reduce violent crimes in the City and local area.

Katy has been a young advisor since age 12 and has now been working with the group and the council for 10 years. She has been advocating for youth inclusion and is truly incredible.
